Technical Services Management

We provide full technical services management, from establishing and organising a department to managing planning, drill and blast, scheduling, ventilation, geotechnical and survey functions.

This includes training, mentoring and support to build the team’s capability. We are experienced in process mapping and optimisation, as well as information flow control for efficient and smooth operations. Among our team members are experienced technical services managers who drive success.
